The Pink Balls, in particular, were inspired by the need for a tool that could effectively reduce inflammation and puffiness in the face. During my recovery from a major double jaw surgery, I discovered the benefits of cold therapy and massage/lymphatic drainage for reducing swelling. However, the ice rollers I used had their limitations, either breaking or not staying cold enough. This led me to identify a gap in the market for a superior product.
Over a period of four years, my team and I worked tirelessly to develop an ice roller that would meet our exacting standards. We involved the community in every aspect of the product's development, from choosing the color and feel, to designing the features and even incorporating additional benefits. Minimizing sun exposure is certainly important, but there are other practices that contribute to maintaining youthful skin. Personally, I enjoy the ritual of shaving my face, using a red-light mask and PINK BALLS, trying out various hydrating sheet masks, and incorporating healthy fats into my diet. I believe that aging is caused by the skin drying out and losing elasticity, so I make sure to keep my skin well-hydrated by using oils before bed. To further protect my skin, I sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent friction and preserve its texture.
