In an Interview magazine profile published on Monday, November 27, Kylie Jenner revealed that her older sister Khloé Kardashian is like a second mother to her and her children, particularly her daughter Stormi. When asked by Jennifer Lawrence which of her sisters is closest to Stormi, Jenner, 26, replied, "Khloé." The beauty mogul shares Stormi, 5, and son Aire, 21 months, with her ex Travis Scott.
Jenner continued by praising Kardashian, 39, as "like a second mother to everyone," and expressing happiness in seeing her daughter, Stormi, share a similar bond with Khloé. Lawrence, a close family friend, admitted to shedding tears upon learning that Jenner and Kardashian were both expecting babies at the same time. Kardashian gave birth to daughter True two months after Stormi's arrival and shares her with ex Tristan Thompson, along with son Tatum.
Jenner expressed that she truly enjoyed the experience of being pregnant. However, she admitted that the second pregnancy was more challenging. She stated, "You either love it or you don’t.”
Aside from bonding over their shared experiences of motherhood, Kylie disclosed that becoming a parent has also deepened her relationship with her sister Kendall Jenner.
“Bonding with Stormi has really brought Kendall and me closer,” Kylie shared with Lawrence, 33. “We both have such a strong presence and personality, but that’s not a negative thing. … We’re so different in terms of our style and our personality.”
Kendall, 28, has frequently shared photos on social media with her nieces and nephews over the years. Recently, she was captured admiring a Christmas tree with Aire during the Kardashian-Jenner family’s Thanksgiving celebration.
During her interview with Lawrence, Kylie expressed her love for her children, including her son Cy, born to her and Cooke Maroney in February 2022. When asked about her job by Lawrence, Kylie shared that she tells her kids, "Mommy makes makeup."
It seems that Stormi has also taken an interest in beauty products, as Kylie mentioned that her daughter was "playing with my makeup yesterday." She added that "[Stormi] loves putting on a red lip every once in a while... Just around the house, obviously. And I like to always show her my name's on the lipstick. I'm like, 'This is Mommy's lipstick. Your mom's really cool.'"

Aire, however, is too young to understand what’s happening," Kylie said. "But I told Stormi that Mommy makes clothes now. I have my Khy collection coming out, and I made her mini-versions of all the pieces from our first drop. I like her to be involved in everything I do, and I always do special things for her."
As she raises her kids in the public eye, Kylie is working hard to make Stormi and Aire’s childhoods as normal and friendly as possible, especially with the family’s security team. "I never had security until I got pregnant. I have two security guards who have been with me for over five years," she noted. "Stormi is very familiar with them, which makes me feel comfortable. She actually has a lot of love for them. I just tell my security to not make it so serious so they can have a good relationship."
