Kourtney Kardashian, who is currently pregnant, got emotional while celebrating her stepson, Landon Barker's 20th birthday. She shared a throwback photo on her Instagram Story, showing her eldest son, Mason Disick, and captioned it with, "Can't believe this was taken in 2017!" The photo captured Landon and Mason sitting together in the backseat of a car.
In a separate social media post, she shared a TikTok video featuring herself and Landon. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY @landonasherbarker I am in awe that you're now 20!" she penned.
Kourtney's third post dedicated to Landon incorporated his father, Travis Barker, who is expecting a baby boy with her. The picture, taken during the Coachella Music Festival in April, showcased Travis, 47, clutching onto Kourtney while conversing with Landon backstage. The Poosh founder highlighted the presence of "baby Barker" in the photo by pointing an arrow towards her growing baby bump.
She and Travis, who got married multiple times in 2022, made the announcement of her pregnancy in June. Kourtney is already a mother to Mason, daughter Penelope (11), and son Reign (8), whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Travis, on the other hand, has a son named Landon and a daughter named Alabama (17) from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler. Additionally, Travis maintains a close bond with Moakler's eldest daughter, Atiana (24), who is from her previous relationship with Oscar De La Hoya.

Last month, Landon shared his reaction to his dad and Kourtney’s upcoming arrival.
"It's absolutely crazy, like completely insane. I've never actually had a baby sibling before. It's always just been me and my sister, with a two-year age gap," he shared during an interview on The Zach Sang Show on September 25. "But you know what? It's pretty cool because it would be a whole different story if this happened back when I really needed all the attention as a kid. Nowadays, I feel like I've moved out of that stage."
He went on, saying, "It would have been really tough if I was just 10 years old and that's all my dad could focus on. But now that I'm at a point where I consider myself an adult, it's honestly amazing. I'm genuinely thrilled for them."

Expanding their blended family has brought immense joy to Kourtney and Travis' loved ones. However, the reality star faced a series of complications during her pregnancy, necessitating a critical surgery last month to safeguard the life of their precious unborn child. In a heartfelt display of commitment, Travis immediately suspended the European leg of his tour with Blink-182 to stand by his wife's side.
"I wasn't ready for the overwhelming fear that came with the urgent need for fetal surgery. It's hard for anyone who hasn't been in a similar situation to truly grasp the depth of that fear," Kourtney shared in a September 6 Instagram post. "I now have a profound understanding and admiration for mothers who have fought for their babies' well-being while pregnant."
Having previously experienced "three effortless pregnancies," Kourtney revealed that this was a completely different journey for her.
Following her hospital stay, Kourtney was elated to finally leave the "scary medical situation" behind her, according to an exclusive source who spoke with We. The source also shared that with Kourtney's improved condition, Travis has resumed his touring schedule, bringing immense relief to both of them.
