Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are on the road again.

Kardashian, 43, and Barker, 47, were seen leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 7, as shown in photos obtained by TMZ. Kardashian was dressed in an understated all-black ensemble, complete with sunglasses, while she sat in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Barker, also dressed in all black, drove them away from the hospital. It is not known if their newborn son, Rocky Thirteen, was in the car with them at the time.

On Saturday, November 4, we confirmed that Kardashian had given birth to her and Barker's first child together. In addition to their new arrival, Kardashian is also a mother to her sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8, and her daughter Penelope, 11, whom she shares with her ex-partner Scott Disick. Barker, on the other hand, shares custody of his son Landon, 20, and his daughter Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The rock musician also plays a paternal role in Moakler's daughter Atiana's life, who is 23 years old and is also the daughter of Moakler's former fiancé, Oscar De La Hoya.

According to a source, they were pleased to announce the arrival of their adorable baby boy. Kardashian shared the news of her pregnancy with Barker in a unique way by holding up a handwritten sign at a Blink-182 concert, recreating the band's iconic "All the Small Things" music video.

Barker recently announced that he and Kardashian are anticipating the arrival of their baby around Halloween and they have already chosen a name for the little one. During a podcast episode in October, Barker shared that they had to cancel a benefit event in Hawaii because it falls on the same week as the baby's due date. They have decided on the name Rocky Thirteen Barker.

The couple, who got married in May 2022, have been open about their difficulties with fertility. Before the birth of their fourth child, Kardashian disclosed that she had to undergo emergency surgery and was rushed to the hospital.

In September, via Instagram, Kardashian expressed her eternal gratitude to her amazing doctors for saving her baby's life. She also thanked her husband for rushing to her side from his tour and taking care of her in the hospital, calling him her rock. Kardashian expressed her appreciation to her mom for being there and holding her hand throughout this difficult time. She acknowledged that her previous pregnancies had been easy, so she wasn't prepared for the fear she felt during the urgent fetal surgery. Kardashian now has a newfound understanding and respect for mothers who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant and found it difficult to put into words the fear she experienced while being hospitalized.

After returning home from the hospital, an insider disclosed in October that the Poosh founder was taking precautions and being cautious as she prepared to give birth. They stated that she was willing to miss events if it meant keeping herself and the baby safe. Later on, the Poosh founder was absent from her sister Kim Kardashian's 43rd birthday party, which another insider revealed was due to her being on bed rest.

According to the source, "Kourtney's health is in good condition, and the bed rest is just a precautionary measure. She is expected to give birth in the next few weeks. While it won't be induced, her due date and doctor have predicted it to be within the next two weeks."
