Kim Kardashian celebrated her 43rd birthday party with the presence of all her sisters, except Kourtney, who had to stay at home for bed rest. Kim expressed her gratitude on Instagram, stating that she feels incredibly fortunate to have such amazing friends. She also thanked everyone for their birthday wishes and mentioned her plan to join Kourtney for a bed rest picnic the following week.
Kim celebrated her birthday with a glamorous dinner attended by notable celebrities. Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, and grandmother, Mary Jo "MJ" Houghton, arrived alongside Kim and her sisters Khloé Kardashian, who wore a paper mask resembling Kim's face, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. Although Kourtney was absent from the festivities, she did express her love for Kim through a social media tribute.

Kourtney's pregnancy is considered high-risk due to her age, but she has not provided much detail about her current bed rest situation. Last month, she underwent a successful fetal surgery. In an interview with Vanity Fair Italia, Kourtney mentioned that this pregnancy has been different from her previous three, as she has been closely monitored by a different group of doctors. They have advised her to avoid workouts, Pilates, caffeine, plane trips, and even sex. Initially, she was afraid due to these restrictions, as she had never been so cautious in the past. It took her some time to overcome her fears.
Kourtney is expecting her first child with her husband Travis Barker. Prior to this, they both have three children from their previous relationships. Kourtney shares custody of her sons Mason (13), Reign (8), and daughter Penelope (11) with her ex-partner Scott Disick. Barker, who is 47 years old, has a son named Landon (20) and a daughter named Alabama (17) from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler. Additionally, he also plays a fatherly role to Moakler's eldest daughter Atiana, whom she had with her ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya.
