Karl Cook, the former husband of Kaley Cuoco, has recently proposed to his girlfriend, Mackenzie Drazan. Cook shared a selfie on Monday, June 19, featuring his fiancée proudly displaying her engagement ring. In his caption, Cook expressed his profound happiness and love for Drazan, acknowledging the commitment they have chosen to embark upon together.

Cuoco and Cook's engagement announcement comes one year after their divorce was finalized in June 2022. The couple had been married for four years. Cuoco, who had previously split from her first husband in September 2015, expressed her happiness and gratitude for finding someone like Cook in September 2017.

Later that year, Cook surprised the Flight Attendant actress for her 32nd birthday by proposing to her, and she happily accepted. “We’re engaged,” Cuoco shared in a heartfelt Instagram video, expressing her overwhelming emotions. She captioned the post, “Still crying every part of this night has been perfection just like you @mrtankcook. I love you forever!”

Cuoco and Cook made the decision to separate after three years of marriage, following their move-in together.
