At the age of 25 years and 246 days, Tatum becomes the 10th youngest player in NBA history to reach 10,000 career points. This breaks the previous record held by Antoine Walker, who achieved this feat at the age of 26 years and 131 days.

Tatum poured in 32 points against the Nets, the fourth time he has scored more than 30 points this season, as the Celtics extended their unbeaten streak.

After celebrating his star player's achievement, Coach Joe Mazzulla commended Tatums "open-mindedness" and strong work ethic.
