Jamie Lynn Spears’ Daughter Maddie Looks All Grown Up at Prom

Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter Maddie was all grown up as she went to prom. In a series of photos shared on Instagram on April 14, Maddie, who is 15 years old, wore a beautiful pink sequined gown that reached the floor and had a slit up to her thigh. She paired the dress with shiny silver heels and held a bouquet of flowers that matched her dress. Maddie captioned the post with "PROM 2024."

Maddie appeared in a photo with her date, who wore a matching tie, and Spears, 33, in the middle. The Zoey 101 actress reposted the photo, while Spears was seen in an oversized pink Grateful Dead T-shirt, a pink New York Yankees baseball cap, and pink slides.

Spears became a mother in June 2008 when she welcomed Maddie with her ex-fiancé Casey Aldridge. However, the couple split less than two years after Maddie's birth.

The Sweet Magnolias star found love with Jamie Watson and they got married in March 2014. They later became parents to daughter Ivey, who is now 6 years old.

In February 2017, Maddie was in an ATV accident in Kentwood, Louisiana. The ATV flipped into a pond, causing Maddie to be knocked unconscious and submerged underwater for a few minutes. She was airlifted to the hospital and after receiving treatment for five days, Maddie made a complete recovery.

In February, Britney Spears marked the anniversary of her daughter's accident by posting a heartfelt message and photos on social media.

Spears wrote on Instagram, "Today is our #MIRACLEANNIVERSARY. As I see my daughter growing up each year, I am reminded of how truly fortunate we are. I am grateful to the healthcare professionals who saved her life and to everyone who prayed for her."

Spears also thanked Father Mark for his support after the incident, calling him an angel on earth for them. She mentioned that he is now in heaven but was a great source of comfort 7 years ago.

In 2020, Spears reflected on the day as the moment her whole world came to a halt, stating that she will always remember it.

"It all began as a typical Sunday - attending church, spending time with family. But then, out of nowhere, we found ourselves fighting to save my daughter's life. The moment they took her away, it felt like we had lost her forever. Time stood still for me," Spears shared on Instagram. "I have never fully opened up about that day and what happened next. But one thing I can say is that we were blessed with a true miracle from God."
