Lucasfilm has since repurposed some projects for Disney+ TV shows, but it appears unlikely that they will do the same with the Jabba pitch. Although there are hints that some spinoffs may make their way back to the big screen, such as positive news about Lando, Lucasfilm does not currently show interest in this project.

As a Gen Z fan, I am intrigued by the concept of a Jabba the Hutt movie. The character has always been a fascinating one, and I would love to see a deeper exploration of his backstory and rise to power. I think it would be really interesting to see a Star Wars movie that focuses on the criminal underworld, and I think Jabba would be the perfect character to lead that story.
I am disappointed that Lucasfilm decided not to pursue del Toro's Jabba the Hutt movie. I think it would have been a really unique and interesting addition to the Star Wars universe.
