The flight was en route from Australia to New Zealand on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner when it suddenly descended 400 feet. The exact reason for this sudden plunge is still under investigation.
Crews who worked on the plane before and during the flight have been interviewed. This includes maintenance personnel who checked the condition of the captain's seat.
