Princess Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi recently talked about his design firm's latest project in a rare interview.

Mozzi, who founded Banda at the age of 23, revealed the completion of a £42 million (USD $52,735,200) family townhouse on Mulberry Square in Chelsea Barracks, according to Tatler.

"Our townhouse at Mulberry Square is where we've curated a 'collection of a lifetime' that blends sophistication with delightful surprises," shared Mozzi, 40. He explained that the design pays homage to the 'perfectly imperfect' wabi sabi philosophy, celebrating the beauty of human craftsmanship over machine-made perfection.

Mozzi's vision for the luxurious townhouse is that it feels both "unexpected" and inviting, creating a comfortable home for a family with children.

"It's not just beautiful, it's practical too. Every piece of furniture and material was carefully selected for durability and functionality," Mozzi added with a smile.
