Princess Kate Middleton’s closest companions are the ones she can always rely on.

Her tight-knit inner circle includes her younger sister, Pippa Middleton, and brother, James Middleton, with whom she shares a strong bond. When Kate revealed her cancer diagnosis in March 2024, James expressed his support and love for his big sister.

"We have climbed many mountains together over the years," he shared in a throwback photo with Kate. "As a family, we will climb this one with you too ❤️."

Kate’s younger sister, Pippa, shares a close bond with her. They were once roommates when they were younger, and Pippa even stood by Kate's side as her maid of honor during her wedding to the Prince of Wales.
