Shockingly, Lieutenant Beckett Mariner (played by Tawny Newsome) unveils her connection to Locarno, disclosing their deep friendship and his affiliation with Ensign Sito Jaxa (depicted by Shannon Fill), a fellow member of the esteemed Nova Squadron.
Unveiling his sinister nature, Locarno orchestrates numerous assaults on non-Federation vessels throughout the fourth season of Lower Decks. Eventually, he cunningly transports Mariner onto his renegade starship, known as Nova One.
