Anime boys, bearing a charming resemblance to Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, and Bad Badtz-Maru, take center stage as courageous knights in a captivating fantasy realm.

Sanrio's Fragaria Memories Franchise

The newest addition to Sanrio's franchise, Fragaria Memories, has yet to receive confirmation for any anime shorts or audio dramas. However, the characters have already been assigned voice actors, indicating the possibility of future adaptations. Gakuto Kajiwara (known for his work in Black Clover) will lend his voice to Hallritt, a character inspired by Hello Kitty. Nobunaga Shimazaki (recognized for his roles in Free!, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Fruits Basket) will voice Cielomort, based on Cinnamoroll. Shunsuke Takeuchi (noted for his contributions to Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War and Tokyo Revengers) will provide the voice for Badobarm, resembling Bad Badtz-Maru. Set in a fantasy world, the story revolves around these three knights who have pledged their loyalty to their respective Sanrio lords. Hallritt, representing Hello Kitty and hailing from the Red Continent, embarks on a mission assigned by his lord to combat a mysterious adversary known as Seeds.

Sanrio is a globally recognized brand celebrated for its adorable characters, with Hello Kitty being its most iconic creation. However, it started out as a silk manufacturer called Yamanashi Silk Center in the 1960s. Gradually, it diversified its range of products and began collaborating with talented artists to design cute illustrations. In 1975, Hello Kitty, designed by artist Yuko Shimizu, made her debut on a humble coin purse. Since then, Sanrio has grown into a beloved household name, often partnering with other popular franchises.

The latest addition to the Sanrio franchise has deviated from its cute animal character theme, but this hasn't discouraged its dedicated fans. The project has received an overwhelming amount of support from the fan base thus far. Sanrio has also recently announced a Hello Kitty board game called Hello Kitty: Day at the Park, being produced by Maestro Media and Digital Development Management. The game is scheduled to be released sometime in 2024.

Although not much is known about what the Fragaria Memories project has in store, the introduction of its appealing anime boys has generated a great deal of excitement. Sanrio fans can stay updated on all Fragaria Memories news through the official website.
