During a boating outing in Bolsena, Italy, on July 28, Styles showcased what appears to be a new tattoo on his thigh. The cursive ink spells out "Olivia," as seen in photos on Page Six.

The tattoo above the "Olivia" tattoo appears to say "Colazione," which is the Italian word for breakfast. Harry Styles, who has numerous tattoos on his chest, arms, and legs, has not disclosed when or why he got this tattoo. However, observant fans quickly speculated that it could be a tribute to his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde. On Sunday, July 30, a Twitter user commented, "Olivia Wilde knowing Harry Styles got the name Olivia tattooed on his body because of her," accompanied by a GIF of Miley Cyrus' character from Hannah Montana peacefully sleeping.

Another person added, "Harry and Olivia's love was genuine, they truly believed they would be together forever. It was not a fake relationship, a publicity stunt, or a ploy, you ignorant fools."

Styles and Wilde, who is 39 years old, first became linked in early 2021 when they met on the set of Wilde's film "Don't Worry Darling."
