According to Media Factory's MF Bunko imprint's official synopsis, the eighth volume starts with the prologue titled "The Monologue of Manabu Horikita." In this volume, the third term begins at Tokyo Metropolitan's Advanced Nurturing High School, and the students will be taken to a mysterious facility deep in the mountains for the Mixed Training Camp. This special training exam will focus on the psychological development of the students and will last for 7 days and 8 nights. Characters like Nagumo, Koenji, and Manabu will play important roles in the events that follow.
