After nearly 15 months since filing, 'Grey’s Anatomy' actor Kevin McKidd and his former spouse Arielle Goldrath McKidd have officially settled their divorce proceedings.

Kevin McKidd and Arielle Goldrath have finalized their divorce terms, as confirmed by sources.
According to court documents obtained by Us, the couple has come to an uncontested written agreement on their property, child custody, and support.
In July 2022, the Grey’s Anatomy star announced his separation from Goldrath.
In June 2023, it was confirmed that McKidd, who is 50 years old, and Goldrath had completed their divorce. They had signed a prenuptial agreement before their wedding in 2018, which was followed.
"I usually keep my personal life private on social media, but today I want to open up to you," he shared on Instagram. "A while back, Arielle and I made the decision to end the marriage part of our relationship. After a lot of reflection and talks, we both agreed it was the right choice for us."
McKidd, who has two children, Aiden (5) and Nava (4), with Goldrath, praised his ex-partner as an amazing mother. He also co-parents two older children with his previous wife, Jane Parker, whom he was married to from 1999 to 2017.

He shared, “She is truly one of the wisest, most intelligent, and loving individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Our love and respect for each other remain unwavering. Despite facing challenges, we have managed to redefine our relationship in a beautiful way through hard work and self-reflection. The journey has not been easy, but the outcome has been incredibly rewarding. We have cultivated a deep and sincere bond as co-parents and genuine friends, enriched by a shared past, wonderful children, and a loving family.”
In conclusion, he expressed, “We humbly ask for your well wishes and good fortune as we move forward on this journey, just as we wish the same for all of you. It brings me joy to open up about this aspect of my life and show that, despite obstacles, it is possible to find happiness by supporting one another and remaining open-hearted. Arielle and I will always be there for each other, standing by as true friends. I hope that everyone can experience the blessing of raising children with one of their closest companions.”
Us confirmed in December 2022 that Goldrath had filed for divorce from McKidd, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Following their split, McKidd has been linked to fellow Shondaland star Danielle Savre. The pair were first seen together in June 2023, showing affection towards each other in Lake Como, Italy.
McKidd and Savre have starred together on Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 in crossover episodes, playing Owen Hunt and Maya Bishop.
In 2019, Savre was romantically linked to Andrew Contis.
