Another couple from Bachelor Nation has broken up. Greg Grippo has officially announced that he and his girlfriend Victoria Fuller have called it quits.
During an episode of Jason Tartick's "Trading Secrets" podcast on Monday, April 22, Grippo, who is 30 years old, opened up about the end of their relationship. He expressed how challenging it is to navigate a public relationship, especially when things are not going well.
Grippo described the end of his relationship with Fuller as "really sad," expressing his desire to respect his ex as they go through their breakup. He chose not to go into details but confirmed that they have indeed broken up. Despite the situation, he had nothing negative to say about Fuller, praising her as amazing and believing she will continue to achieve great things.
Tartick, who recently ended his engagement to Kaitlyn Bristowe, acknowledged that the public attention can strain a couple's relationship. However, Grippo's friend Andrew Spencer, who also joined the podcast conversation, mentioned that the scrutiny from Bachelor Nation fans actually had a positive impact on Grippo and Fuller.
"I believe that the women in the franchise face a lot of criticism," Grippo shared. "Particularly, a small group of them seem to be targeted no matter what they do. It's hard to watch someone you care about go through that kind of situation, especially when you're in a romantic relationship with them. It was a tough part of it all, but it brought us closer together."
Bachelor Nation Greg Grippo Confirms Victoria Fuller Split 2
Greg Grippo is looking ahead to his next chapter despite his recent breakup. He mentioned on Monday that he is feeling happy and excited about this stage of his life. Grippo expressed that he feels really fresh and light, which is a new and positive feeling for him.
Viewers first saw Fuller on The Bachelor in 2020, while Grippo made his debut on The Bachelorette in the following year. The two were linked for the first time in the fall of 2022 after Fuller appeared on Bachelor in Paradise. During the season 8 finale, Fuller got engaged to Johnny DePhillipo, who later claimed she was unfaithful before they broke up. Fuller, however, maintained that there was no overlap when she started dating Grippo.
In an exclusive interview with Us in November 2022, Fuller shared, "Greg and I have similar values, and we are currently figuring things out. We both know what we want in the end, so we will see how things go. He is an amazing man. He has been nothing but supportive and encouraging throughout this whole experience. I want a partner who uplifts me and makes me a better person, and Greg is exactly that."
It seemed like Fuller and Grippo were doing well, but fans noticed signs of trouble on social media. They hadn't posted a photo together on Instagram since December 2023, and recently, they unfollowed each other.
Last summer, there were rumors that Fuller and Grippo had broken up. To address this, she posted a picture of him with her dogs, subtly dismissing the speculations.
Editor's P/S:
The breakup of Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo marks yet another unfortunate end to a Bachelor Nation relationship. Greg shared his sadness over the split on a recent podcast, expressing his admiration for Victoria. Despite the challenges faced in the public eye, it's clear that the two shared a meaningful connection at one point.
The scrutiny that Bachelor Nation contestants face, particularly women, is a known issue within the franchise. Grippo highlighted that the constant criticism directed towards certain individuals can strain relationships. It's important to remember that these individuals are human beings and deserve respect, even if their actions do not align with everyone's expectations. The end of Victoria and Greg's relationship is a reminder that even in the realm of reality television, love can be fragile and subject to external pressures.
