According to the former Batwoman actress, they coincidentally bumped into each other for three consecutive nights at various bars in Los Angeles. This chance encounter led to their connection, which was facilitated by a number of mutual friends, as mentioned by the attorney.
The couple became engaged after being together for five years and initially planned to get married in October 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they had to reschedule their wedding to July 2021. They eventually celebrated their marriage with a tropical honeymoon in Aruba. Howey described their experience as a dream come true, with activities such as private sailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and jet skiing. They also enjoyed dining out every night, making the trip truly magical and romantic. Both of them had never been to Aruba before, so it was an exciting and enjoyable experience to explore a new place together.
She expressed, "I believe it's the perfect destination for honeymooners, especially young couples. It offers a great atmosphere for families too. You can engage in various activities, explore the surroundings, and also enjoy a glass of wine while witnessing the breathtaking orange sunsets." Howey, who previously shared her excitement about starting a family, revealed in March that she was expecting a baby.
Jennifer Robertson, who plays Waisglass' TV mother on Ginny & Georgia, commented at the time, expressing her excitement to meet the new addition and becoming a zany auntie.
Antonia Gentry, who plays the titular Ginny to Howey’s Georgia, noted: “So. happy. for. you.”
