At West Ham United, there is a remarkable unity and a genuine desire for long-term success. I find the prospect of contributing to this ambition incredibly thrilling and eagerly anticipate working alongside the players to fulfill the club's vision.
Skinner has been appointed as West Ham's first female manager since their promotion to the WSL in 2018. Baroness Brady, West Ham's vice-chair, expressed pride in the club's commitment to equality and announced that Skinner's appointment comes after a recent restructuring of the women's Board. This marks a significant moment for West Ham as they welcome their first female manager in the Barclays WSL.
With her remarkable expertise, extensive knowledge, and exemplary track record in women's football, Rehanne stands out phenomenally. We firmly believe that she is the ideal candidate to guide our team into the upcoming WSL season, playing a pivotal role in our renewed dedication to expand and enhance our women's team.
