While the AMD CPU is currently regarded as the top choice for gaming, Intel's upcoming flagship processor appears to have a slight edge. The slide reveals that the Core i9 14900K outperforms the 7950X3D in 14 of the 25 games, including titles like Far Cry 6, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Grand Theft Auto V, Hitman 3, Civilization 6, Starfield, and Metro Exodus.
In terms of the margin, the 14900K delivers only a minor advantage, with a maximum performance increase of 2 percent when compared to the current champion. Notably, games like Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Galaxy Breaker, and Company of Heroes 3 show similar performance levels between the two processors.
