Chainsaw Man chapter 147 unveiled an interesting development where Barem unleashed the humanoid Chainsaw Devils to pursue Nayuta. This act parallels his previous attempt to transform Denji into Chainsaw Man, hinting at a potential homage to Tatsuki Fujimoto's one-shot manga, Yogen No Nayuta.
In recent installments of Chainsaw Man manga, the narrative has been centered around Nostradamus' Prophecy and the imminent threat it poses. To combat this looming catastrophe, the church devised a strategy to amplify the power of Chainsaw Devil and War Devil through instilling fear in people. Their ultimate goal is to confront and defeat the formidable Death Devil, the terror king.

Chainsaw Man chapter 147 may have hinted at Yogen no Nayuta
Barem, depicted in Chainsaw Man chapter 147 (Image via Shueisha), affirmed Nayuta's theory at the beginning of the chapter. Subsequently, he urged Denji to unleash his full power, reminiscent of the ferocity displayed by the Chainsaw Man in the past, compelling him to annihilate the devils. Without delay, he referred to Nayuta as a witch, inciting the humanoid Chainsaw Devil army to launch an assault on her.
Barem's intention in prompting Denji's transformation into Chainsaw Man was to provoke a wave of human slaughter, thereby instilling a heightened fear of demons among the population. Interestingly, within the context of Chainsaw Man chapter 147, there is a manga panel that potentially alludes to Mangaka Tatsuki Fujimoto's earlier creation, the one-shot manga titled Yogen no Nayuta.

Aside from the obvious similarity in names, there are other parallels between the two. In the one-shot manga, Nayuta was also portrayed as a formidable danger to the world.
Nayuta's backstory reveals that she was born as a demonic child adorned with horns. She lacked the qualities of a human heart and possessed a venomous tongue. Even before her birth, a prophecy foretold her role in ushering the apocalypse. Consequently, the public despised her very existence and harbored animosity towards magic practitioners like herself. Tragically, her mere presence resulted in the demise of her parents and brought misfortune upon countless others.

However, all the recent developments did not deter her brother Kenji, who made a solemn vow to protect his sister at all costs. Denji, like Kenji, shares a similar bond with Nayuta. Despite Chainsaw Man being a crucial part of Denji's identity, he was willing to let go of that aspect of his life in order to safeguard her.
Nayuta has no motivation to target civilians in Chainsaw Man. Thus, Mangaka Tatsuki Fujimoto might have had Barem refer to her as a witch in order to reward fans of his previous one-shot series with a pleasant surprise.

That being said, it cannot be assumed that Fujimoto would only derive a simple call back from Yogen no Nayuta. Although the one-shot manga concluded on a seemingly heartwarming note with Kenji and Nayuta fleeing their home to a secluded location, the Chainsaw Man manga does not share the same sentiment. Despite fans' desire for Denji and Nayuta to have a joyful ending, the Chainsaw Devil's host has experienced the devastating loss of all his loved ones in the past.
Hence, there does lie the possibility that the mangaka may follow the same storyline and put Denji through a world of suffering.
Editor's P/S
Chainsaw Man chapter 147 was a thrilling read that left fans speculating about the possible appearance of Yogen no Nayuta. The chapter also provided some interesting parallels between the two works, such as the similar names of the main characters and the fact that both Nayutas are seen as a danger to the world.
Overall, I think the inclusion of elements from Yogen no Nayuta in Chainsaw Man is a great way to reward fans of Fujimoto's earlier work. It also adds an extra layer of depth to the story and makes me excited to see what happens next.
