The original cast, including Beca, Aubrey, Chloe, Fat Amy, and others, captured the hearts of viewers from the start. Along the way, new characters were introduced, and some of the Barden Treblemakers, like Bumper, Jesse, and Benji, also became fan-favorites.
The friendships among the actors have grown stronger with each film. Snow stated in an exclusive interview with We in October 2017, "It's something we love doing. We would continue making these movies indefinitely, not just because we are like a family, but also because we have established a routine and a mutual understanding of each other's comedic style."

‘Pitch Perfect’ Cast: Where Are They Now? Anna Kendrick, Skylar Astin and More
Pitch Perfect hit theaters in 2012 and became an instant classic — and the cast has since turned out two aca-awesome sequels.
The original Bellas, consisting of Beca (Anna Kendrick), Aubrey (Anna Camp), Chloe (Brittany Snow), Fat Amy (Rebel Wilson), and others, quickly captured the hearts of viewers before new characters were introduced. Some members of the Barden Treblemakers, including Bumper (Adam DeVine), Jesse (Skylar Astin), and Benji (Ben Platt), have also become beloved by fans.
Over time, the friendships between the actors have grown stronger. According to Snow, speaking exclusively to We in October 2017, working on these movies is their favorite thing to do. She explained, "We would happily continue making these films indefinitely because not only are we like a family, but we have developed a routine and understanding of each other's comedic styles."

Anna Kendrick
Maine native, Kendrick, has made appearances in films such as Cake and Into the Woods. She then reprised her role as Beca in Pitch Perfect 2 and Pitch Perfect 3. Kendrick can also be recognized for her performances in The Accountant, A Simple Favor, Noelle, and her voice work as Poppy in the Trolls franchise. On television, she acted and served as an executive producer in Dummy and Love Life. In 2020, Kendrick received an Emmy nomination for her role in Dummy, and later went on to portray Darby in HBO Max's Love Life. In January 2022, Us confirmed Kendrick's relationship with Bill Hader, which began during their collaboration on Noelle in 2019. Unfortunately, the couple reportedly ended their relationship in June 2022.

Skylar Astin
In the same year, Astin took on the role of Jesse, a fellow a cappella singer and love interest of Beca. Additionally, he lent his voice to the character of Roy in Wrek-It Ralph and made an appearance in Love Written in Blood. Since then, he has been featured in Pitch Perfect 2, Flock of Dudes, and Ghost of War. On television, he has stood out in Ground Floor, Graves, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Trolls: The Beat Goes On!. In 2020, Astin embarked on his portrayal of Max in Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.
The New York-born actor tied the knot with his co-star from Pitch Perfect, Camp, in 2016. However, after three years, their relationship came to an end. In July 2020, he made his relationship with model Lisa Stelly public on Instagram. Unfortunately, the couple went their separate ways one year later.

Brittany Snow
Snow has appeared in numerous films, including all three Pitch Perfect movies, as well as Would You Rather, Bushwick, Someone Great, and Hooking Up. Prior to her role as Julia Bechley on Almost Family, she had recurring appearances on Ben and Kate and Full Circle. In 2019, Snow made her directorial debut with Milkshake, featuring her longtime friend and co-star, Camp. She also produced and starred in Hooking Up in 2020.
In March 2020, the actress tied the knot with Tyler Stanaland in Southern California. However, they announced their separation in September 2022.

Anna Camp
Aubrey is a well-known figure in all three of the musical films. Besides her involvement in these movies, she has also had notable recurring roles in popular television shows such as The Mindy Project, True Blood, The Good Wife, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Prior to her role as Ginny on Perfect Harmony, she was a prominent member of the cast of the short-lived series Good Girls Revolt. Additionally, Aubrey has made a mark in the film industry with hits like Milkshake, a film written and directed by Snow, as well as The Wedding Year and Desperados.
In 2019, Camp filed for divorce from Astin after three years of marriage. Nearly a year later, she became Instagram official with musician Michael Johnson in March 2020.

Rebel Wilson
Wilson expanded her acting repertoire by taking on roles in shows such as Super Fun Night and Les Norton. In terms of films, the talented Australian actress appeared in How to Be Single, Isn't It Romantic, The Hustle, Jojo Rabbit, and Cats. In 2020, she took on the role of executive producer for LOL: Last One Laughing Australia. That same year, Wilson embarked on her "Year of Health" journey, aiming to achieve a weight of 75 kilograms, which is equivalent to 165 pounds. Returning to the big screen, Wilson starred in and produced the film Senior Year.
She had a brief relationship with Jacob Busch, heir to the Anheuser-Busch brewing company, but they called it quits in early 2021. Wilson then moved on and began dating Ramona Agruma in the following year, confirming their romance in June 2022. In November 2022, she joyfully welcomed her first child, a daughter named Royce Lillian. Adding to their love story, the actress proposed to Agruma in February 2023.

Alexis Knapp
The musical film franchise featured Pennsylvania native Stacie, who played the role of a Bella who became a mother in the third movie. In addition to her role in the franchise, Knapp has also appeared in movies such as Caveman, Urge, and Phobias. She has also had a recurring role on the television show Ground Floor. In 2022, Knapp starred alongside Mena Suvari in the horror film The Accursed. Notably, Knapp is the mother of her daughter Kai, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Ryan Phillippe.

Ester Dean
Dean's Cynthia Rose marked the star's first venture into live-action acting, a departure from her previous animated works. She went on to reprise the role in both subsequent films and later made appearances on the hit series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Additionally, this talented individual lent her voice to the character Legsly in Trolls World Tour, where she joined forces with Kendrick once again. Hana Mae Lee
While Lee's onscreen persona, Lilly, maintains a reserved and rarely spoken demeanor, her real-life career shines brightly. Originally from California, she captivated audiences as Roxy in the film Jem and the Holograms, before transitioning to impressive television roles. Lee skillfully brought characters like Numi in Patriot, Anna in Haunters: The Musical, Julie in Those Who Can't, and Scotty Sholes in Perpetual Grace, LTD to life. Collaborating with Kristen Bell, she portrayed Christina in Ultra City Smiths. In addition to her acting talents, Lee also exhibits her skills as a makeup artist, frequently showcasing her own glamorous looks. She is also a talented jewelry designer and a gifted comedian.

Kelley Jakle
Jakle's portrayal of Jessica, one of the Bellas constantly mistaken by the group, marked her second acting credit. Since then, this California native has made guest appearances on Roomies, Scorpion, and Resident Advisors. Additionally, she has been featured in Christmas Harmony, Mistletoe & Menorahs, and Black Hearted Killer. Furthermore, Jakle showcased her talent by embodying Marilyn Monroe in Marilyn! The New Musical, performed at the Alex Theatre in Glendale, California. Alongside Jeff Hortillosa, she forms the musical duo Robin Alice and has released several solo singles.

Shelley Regner
Ashley, who is often forgotten by the Bellas, made her acting debut through Regner's portrayal. She later appeared in popular shows like Youthful Daze and New Dogs, Old Tricks, as well as films such as What Happened Last Night, Adverse, and Running With Fear. Hailing from Louisiana, she has established herself as a talented stage performer. Notable roles include Dottie in Rockwell L.A.'s A League of Their Own, as well as appearances in Bronies: The Musical and Cruel Intentions: The Complete Unauthorized Musical. From 2018 to 2019, she was briefly part of Disney Music Group's a cappella group, DCappella. Since 2016, she has been in a relationship with Nick Bredosky.

Wanetah Walmsley
In the first film, Walmsley portrayed the optimistic character Denise in the role of Bella. However, she did not return to portray the same character in either of the sequels. Subsequently, the actress took part in several short films, including her own production, Dandelion, as well as Con and My Heart. Additionally, Walmsley made appearances in Girls Trip and The Secret: Dare to Dream.

Ben Platt
Platt played the character of Benji, Jesse's best friend and roommate, in the movies Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2. He also appeared in Ricki and the Flash, Run This Town, and had a starring role as Payton Hobart in The Politician, of which he was also an executive producer. From 2014 to 2016, Platt took on the role of Evan Hansen in the Broadway production of Dear Evan Hansen. He then went on to reprise this role in the 2021 film adaptation, for which he won a Tony award. In 2019, the Los Angeles native released his debut solo album and received a Golden Globe nomination in 2020 for his work on The Politician. Platt has since starred in the 2022 film The People We Hate at the Wedding and is set to appear in Theater Camp, scheduled for release in 2023.
The Broken Diamonds actor began dating his Evan Hansen replacement Noah Galvin in spring of 2020. Platt proposed to the Good Doctor actor in November 2022.

Adam Devine
DeVine had a successful run on the television show Workaholics from 2011 to 2017 and also portrayed Bumper, the leader of the Treblemakers, in two Pitch Perfect movies. He lent his voice to characters like Pizza Steve in Uncle Grandpa and Boone in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. He also had recurring roles on Modern Family as Andy and appeared in shows like The Righteous Gemstones and Green Eggs and Ham. In the film industry, he has been featured in movies such as The Intern, When We First Met (where he also served as a producer), and Isn't It Romantic. Recently, he starred in Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin, a spinoff of the Pitch Perfect franchise released in 2022.
In terms of his personal life, DeVine got engaged to actress Chloe Bridges in October 2019 after four years of dating. The couple exchanged vows in October 2021.

Utkarsh Ambudkar
In the original film, Ambudkar portrayed Bumper's loyal assistant, Donald, as a member of the Treblemakers. Following his role in the movie, he shifted his focus to television, taking on the character of Rishi Lahiri in The Mindy Project and later securing a leading role in White Famous. Ambudkar has also made appearances on Bartlett, Brockmire, Harvey Girls Forever!, and Mira, Royal Detective. He joined forces with DeVine once again in the film Game Over, Man! before landing a role in the live-action adaptation of Mulan. Additionally, this talented artist from Maryland has released two albums and two EPs. In 2019, he made his Broadway debut in the show Freestyle Love Supreme, alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda. This groundbreaking production showcased a unique blend of freestyle improvisation and rap performances. Since 2021, Ambudkar has starred in Never Have I Ever, as well as Ghosts, and he also appeared in three episodes of the highly acclaimed 2022 Hulu miniseries, The Dropout.

Elizabeth Banks
Banks portrayed Gail, a collegiate a cappella commentator, in all three installments of the Pitch Perfect franchise, which she also produced. Additionally, she directed Pitch Perfect 2. The Massachusetts-born actress has since graced the screen in renowned films such as The Hunger Games series, Walk of Shame, The Happytime Murders, Power Rangers, and Charlie's Angels. Moreover, she lent her voice to the character of Lucy/Wyldstyle in The Lego Movie films. Banks showcased her talent in prominent television shows including Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, Moonbeam City, Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later, and Mrs. America, while also making recurring appearances on Modern Family. Alongside her husband Max Handelman, Banks co-owns Brownstone Productions and has produced remarkable works like Shrill, The Most Hated Woman in America, Resident Advisors, and Charlie's Angels — a project she also wrote and directed. Notably, she made a guest appearance as herself in a 2022 episode of The Boys.
Banks married Handelman in 2003 and they share two children, Felix and Magnus.

John Michael Higgins
Higgins played the role of Gail's partner in crime and fellow a cappella commentator John in all three films. Following that, he had roles in Breaking the Bank, Mascots, Almost Christmas, and Status Update. Additionally, he appeared in Happily Divorced, Great News, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Saved by the Bell (as Principal Ronald Toddman), Bob's Burgers, and Big Hero: The Series. Higgins hosted America Says for three seasons and competed on 25 Words or Less on and off for two seasons.
The actor from Fred Claus tied the knot with actress Margaret Welsh in 2003. They have a son named Walter and a daughter named Maisie.

Hailee Steinfeld
In 2015's Pitch Perfect 2, the actress became part of the franchise as Emily, a Barden Bella legacy. She reprised this role in Pitch Perfect 3. Since then, Steinfeld has graced the screen in Bumblebee, Charlie's Angels, and lent her voice to Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movies. From 2019 to 2021, the Oscar nominee delighted audiences as Emily Dickinson in the series Dickinson, in which she also took on the role of executive producer. In 2021, she embarked on the journey of playing Kate Bishop in Hawkeye. Hailing from California, she has released two EPs, including Half Written Story in 2020, and has shared a total of 10 singles throughout her career.
Steinfeld's romantic history includes being connected to Cameron Smoller in 2017 and Niall Horan in 2018. However, in May 2023, she caught the attention of the media when she was seen spending time with Josh Allen in New York City during Memorial Day weekend. The speculation was seemingly confirmed in October 2023, when Steinfeld showed her support by attending one of Allen's Buffalo Bills games.
