They are not weak to any specific attacks, so focus on pressuring and staggering them. After defeating them and watching the cutscene, head towards the sound of Barret's voice. Descend the stairs to reach the cargo hold. In the open area of the cargo hold, you will encounter another Necrotic Entity and a Daemonic Entity that you need to defeat.

Unlike Necrotic Entity, Daemonic Entity is susceptible to ice damage. After defeating it, head to the left to open the chest containing a pair of gloves for Tifa. Search under the boxes to discover a path ahead where you will face another Necrotic Entity and a Shrieker, resembling the Screamer from the first chapter. The Shrieker has no specific weaknesses but takes reduced damage from the front while swinging its mace.
