Katherine Renee Kane playfully mentioned that she felt envious that FBI: Most Wanted had the opportunity to film a wedding for its season 5 finale. Now, she is excited for a wedding scene on FBI.

"I'm really happy for them," Kane shared exclusively with We magazine about Ray (Edwin Hodge) and Cora's (Caroline Harris) wedding on Most Wanted, which was shown on Tuesday, May 21.

The actress, who portrays Special Agent Tiffany “Tiff” Wallace on FBI, mentioned that the show has a "different tone" compared to other FBI series.

"We're constantly dealing with cases and examining dead bodies," Kane said. "But witnessing people in love and getting married, wow, that's a whole new experience."

Kane is in favor of her partner Stuart Scola (John Boyd) and his girlfriend, Nina Chase (Shantel VanSanten), getting married on FBI. The couple's relationship began on FBI before Nina moved to Most Wanted full-time for season 5. Kane expressed her excitement about the possibility of a wedding on the show, FBI, which will be back for season 7 this fall.

In season 6, Nina and Scola made guest appearances on each other's shows to share a glimpse into their lives as parents to son Dougie.

VanSanten, 38, mentioned in an interview with TVLine in April that viewers will see a different side of Scolina, as well as how they interact with each other. They will be seen in a new light as they navigate their roles as parents while dealing with their everyday tasks.

Nina went undercover with Scola as a married couple during the crossover to catch a cop killer and thief. Kane mentioned that it was great working with VanSanten again, although the episode mostly focused on the couple.

Kane fondly remembers how enjoyable it is to have her on set. She brings a lot of happiness and light-heartedness with her. Not only is she incredibly kind, but she is also very talented, making working with her a delight.

Kane, who has been part of FBI since season 3, is also a big fan of Boyd, 42, and their characters’ bond.

Kane spoke highly of Boyd, describing him as easy to get along with and having a great sense of humor. She also mentioned his intelligence and high standards for his work.

She expressed her excitement about their onscreen chemistry, mentioning that she enjoys working with him and finds the challenge of making their scenes authentic and meaningful to be rewarding.

The FBI: Most Wanted finale featured Ray and Cora's wedding, while the FBI finale focused on closure for Tiff. In the latest episode, Tiff and her team successfully caught and eliminated Hakim, the individual responsible for the tragic death of their colleague Agent Hobbs.

Kane shared with Us that Hakim's reign of terror has been definitively stopped. He mentioned that Tiff is beginning to work through her feelings of guilt and with continued effort, she will eventually be able to move on from this painful memory.
