According to demand letters obtained by We on June 15th, Ariel Mitchell, the attorney representing a woman, has accused Conor McGregor of "violent" sexual assault in a men's washroom at the Kaseya Center in Miami during Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 9th. TMZ initially reported on the alleged incident.
According to the lawyer, the NBA and Heat's security guards played a role in separating the woman from her friend and forcefully taking her to a restroom where McGregor and his security guard were waiting. The attorney claimed that despite the woman's attempts to leave the restroom, security guards prevented her from doing so and also stopped her friend from entering. The lawyer further alleged that McGregor emerged from a stall and engaged in aggressive kissing with the victim by shoving his tongue in her mouth.
The alleged victim stated that she convinced McGregor to stop by informing him that she needed to use the restroom. However, she claims that he proceeded to force her into performing oral sex on him and attempted to sodomize her by pinning her against the wall. Despite her efforts to fight back, the woman escaped the bathroom but left her purse, which she said was held by McGregor's security guards until she pleaded for its return. The woman reported the incident to local authorities on June 11 and is seeking settlements from the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor rather than pursuing legal action, according to Mitchell.
In response to the allegations, McGregor's representative issued a statement to TMZ on Thursday, refuting the claims as "false" and asserting that McGregor will not be easily intimidated. Meanwhile, Swayze was spotted sitting courtside during the game and taking part in a halftime performance, in which he playfully pretended to knock out the Heat mascot.
During an interview on Live With Kelly and Mark, Conor McGregor and his fiancée, Dee Devlin, shared the exciting news that they are expecting their fourth child. McGregor spoke about his current children, including Conor Jr., Rian, and Croia Mairead, before revealing the news about their upcoming addition. The UFC champion expressed his excitement and acknowledged that there is a lot happening in their family at the moment.
