Ryan Seacrest
When Hough first met the TV mogul, she was still in a relationship with Wicks. She later shared the flirty encounter with Glamour magazine in 2012, recalling that she had another boyfriend at the time, Chuck Wicks, whom she met on Dancing With the Stars. During the time they were dating, they appeared on Ryan's radio show together, and Hough blushed when she heard the interview on YouTube because Ryan was hitting on her the entire time. At the end of the interview, Ryan commented that they really had something special, to which Hough thought to herself, "He's so full of it right now."

Brooks Laich
The couple first started seeing each other in 2014 and tied the knot in 2017. In January 2020, Us Magazine reported that Hough and the ex-Washington Capitals player were experiencing difficulties in their marriage, as the Kinrgy founder was seen several times without her wedding ring. However, by March 2020, a source informed Us that they had managed to resolve their issues and were back on solid ground.
One month later, another source disclosed that Laich and the Grease: Live star were struggling while quarantining separately during the coronavirus pandemic. Hough and Laich announced their separation in May 2020, and two years later, they finalized their divorce and divided their property. In August 2023, Laich was one of Derek Hough's groomsmen at his wedding to Hayley Erbert.
