Get ready to venture into the mysterious Upside Down with our new and improved Shadow Seats! In collaboration with TodayTix, Stranger Things: The First Shadow is introducing a more affordable ticket option for a limited number of dedicated fans. These exclusive Shadow Seats, consisting of 11 pairs of tickets, will be separate from the regular ticket sales and will transport you directly into the Upside Down. Located in the front row of the stalls, these tickets will be up for grabs through a lottery on the TodayTix app. Starting from November 3, fans can enter for a chance to win a pair of these coveted tickets. Winners will be selected by TodayTix on Stranger Things Day, November 6, just in time for the previews on November 17.
According to producer Sonia Friedman:
We are thrilled to introduce our new Shadow Seats initiative today for Stranger Things: The First Shadow. These affordably priced tickets are available to everyone and offer great seating locations for every performance. Our goal is to provide the opportunity for both theater enthusiasts and new audiences to experience the joy and excitement of live theater, which is something we are incredibly passionate about.
In addition to this exciting new access to the upcoming production, Netflix has released a set of new rehearsal images featuring talented actors embodying characters such as Joyce Byers (Isabella Papas), Henry Creel (Louis McCartney), and Doctor Brenner (Patrick Vaill). While these images do not reveal significant details, fans can catch a glimpse of a young Joyce with her former partner and father of her children, Lonnie Byers (Chase Brown). The images also depict a confrontation between Dr. Brenner and Henry Creel, predating the introduction of Eleven. Additionally, new characters like Bob Newby's sister, Patty Newby (Ella Karuna Williams), make an appearance. Series creators and showrunners Matt and Ross Duffer are also shown in the audience, witnessing The First Shadow come to life.
