The story takes place in a specific country in Most City, where Taro, the editor-in-chief, Jiro, his 10-year-old assistant, and Saburo, their dog, operate a small publishing company. Their magazine, which shares the same name as the trio, focuses on peculiar paranormal phenomena. Their lives take an unexpected turn when scientist Goro pays them a visit, leading to an inexplicable incident that defies all scientific reasoning. 📍

In the series, Taro J. Suzuki is portrayed by Takahide Ishii, Jiro Tanaka by Kazutomi Yamamoto, Saburo by Yusuke Shirai, and Goro Sato by Shunichi Toki. The original story is credited to Ichigo Umatani, while Chizuru Miyawaki is responsible for the character designs and directing of the anime at OLM studios. Hiroko Kanasugi oversees the series' scripts, and Akane Hirota designs the characters for animation.
