Exciting Arrival: Mario Party 3 Joins Nintendo Switch Online Experience!

Mario Party 3 arrives on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, welcoming the long-awaited addition of Waluigi as a playable character, enhancing the excitement and fun of the beloved minigame series

Nintendo will be releasing Mario Party 3 on the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack library today, October 26. This installment of the popular minigame series introduces a Story mode and includes playable characters Waluigi and Daisy for the first time. Mario Party 3 also offers online multiplayer, allowing players to enjoy the random fun with friends. With over 70 minigames, notable titles such as Vine With Me and Eye Sore are highlighted by Nintendo.

Following the release of Mario Party and Mario Party 2, which were added to the premium subscription service last year at a cost of $50 annually, Nintendo has now introduced a new game. The premium tier includes access to Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, and Sega Genesis titles, along with other bonuses. For a regular Nintendo Switch Online membership, costing $20 per year, users can access Nintendo, SNES, and Game Boy games.

Although there is no specific schedule, Nintendo periodically adds new classic games to the subscription service. Last month, three previously unavailable games in the US, such as Kirby's Star Stacker on SNES, were added to Nintendo Switch Online. Additionally, in September, another classic game featuring the pink puffball, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror for GBA, became part of the Expansion Pack tier. This game also allows online co-op for up to four players on the Switch.

Not only was F-Zero 99 announced last month, but it also arrived on Nintendo Switch Online. The game mixes the SNES classic with battle royale elements for something totally new.
