While working on the set of Inception at the age of 22, I experienced discomfort in my spine which resulted in shingles. Despite having a wonderful cast and crew, I felt like an outsider. As one of the only non-cis men in the cast, I struggled to understand my role. I even joked about being replaced by Keira Knightley during the first two weeks of filming, which felt like a possibility at the time.
Page's experiences on the set of Inception are just a glimpse into the captivating and emotional journey he shares in his memoir. With a career in Hollywood spanning over two decades, Page received critical acclaim for his performances in Hard Candy and the Academy Award-nominated film Juno in 2007.
