Doctor Elise anime unveils release date and exciting details in latest PV

On December 13, 2023, Kadokawa started streaming the primary promotional video for the highly anticipated Doctor Elise anime, unveiling its premiere scheduled for January 2024 and more. The approximately two-minute promotional video also provides a sneak peek at the series' opening and ending theme songs.

In addition to the trailer, Kadokawa debuted a second key visual for the Doctor Elise anime series, showcasing the main character and other key figures. The announcement also included the introduction of new cast members, their respective characters, and the staff members involved in the production.

Doctor Elise anime is set to premiere on Japanese broadcast television on Wednesday, January 10, 2024

The Doctor Elise anime series is based on the original Surgeon Elise web novels and vertical-scrolling manhwa by Yuin and Mini. It is a medical reincarnation fantasy, following the titular character through multiple reincarnations in a complex and captivating narrative.

The series is set to premiere on the AT-X channel at 9:30 pm Japanese Standard Time, followed by airing on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and Kantele. Additionally, the first episode will be available for streaming on the d Anime Store service at 10 pm JST that night, with other services carrying the episode as of January 15, 2024.

Notable cast members include Yui Ishikawa as Elise, Yohei Azakami as Linden, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Graham, Satoshi Hino as Ron, Daisuke Ono as Lenne De Clorance, Hiro Shimono as Chris De Clorance, Soma Saito as Michael De Romanoff, Megumi Han as Yulian De Childe, and Kazuhiko Inoue as Minchester De Romanoff.

Kumiko Habara is at the helm of the anime series at Maho Film studios, with Deko Akao taking charge of the series composition. Yuko Watabe is the creative mind behind the characters, and Kakao Entertainment Corporation is on board as the anime's associated producer. The series' opening theme song, "believer," is performed by Yui Ishikawa as Elise, while the ending theme song, "Listen," is sung by Maju Arai.

The additional staff for the project includes Satoshi Shibata as the art director and Aki Watanabe, responsible for color design. Yukina Nomura is the director of photography, and Noriyoshi Konuma serves as the sound director.
