How to Start the Customers Know Best in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Speak With Scrooge
In order to initiate the Customers Know Best quest, players need to unlock Scrooge McDuck's store and reach a friendship level of two with him. To unlock the store, players must spend 1,000 Star Coins as part of the Making Cents of Things story quest. To expedite the process of increasing the friendship level, it is advisable to regularly engage in conversations with Scrooge McDuck and offer him gifts.
Purchase and Deliver the Ice Throne to Merlin
To initiate the quest, consult with Scrooge. During the ensuing dialogue, he will emphasize to players that customer satisfaction is crucial for a prosperous business. Subsequently, he will generously bestow upon them a sum of 2,000 Star Coins and request their assistance in procuring and delivering blue furniture to Merlin. Consequently, players need not exhaust their hard-earned funds on purchasing the furniture.
Following a conversation with Scrooge McDuck, players can acquire the Ice Throne from his store, priced at 210 Star Coins. In addition to the Ice Throne, there is a range of other furniture items available in the same color scheme, including the Blue Dining Table, Dining Chair, and more.
Return to Scrooge McDuck
In case the blue furniture is not in stock at Scrooge McDuck's store, players have the option to construct it themselves using a crafting station. After completion, players should go to Merlin and hand over the Ice Throne. Upon receiving the furniture, Merlin will express his delight and mention that conducting business with Scrooge is always an enjoyable experience.
Once the desired piece of furniture has been delivered to Merlin, players must return to Scrooge McDuck and inform him of the successful delivery.
