Alongside Akane, Kana and Mem-Cho also play their respective roles as Nino and Mei Mei. During the filming, Takamine playfully mocks Nino for her boorish behavior, prompting Mei Mei to intervene and ask Takamine to refrain from teasing her.Takamine denied teasing Nino upon hearing the accusation, and instead declared her love for Nino and her intent to take care of her. The scene concluded with the staff making preparations for the next one.
Meanwhile, Mem-Cho sought feedback from her friends regarding her acting. Akane and Kana both agreed that Mem-Cho's performance was commendable. However, Kana attributed her success to the resemblance of her personality with that of Mei Mei.

Kana's intention was to insinuate that Akane was a malicious individual. Though Akane denied being nasty, she did take pleasure in tormenting Kana.
Soon after, the staff prepared for Ruby Hoshino's debut scene as Ai in Oshi no Ko chapter 129. Despite feeling nervous, Ruby exuded confidence as she had thoroughly rehearsed her lines. Unfortunately, Director Taishi Gotanda remained unconvinced by her performance and insisted on shooting the scene a staggering 13 times. Frustrated by her inability to meet Gotanda's expectations, Ruby finally sought suggestions from the staff. It was then that Gotanda conveyed to Ruby that Ai's character was intended to be portrayed as less intelligent, implying that she need not exert herself excessively.
Ruby became enraged when she heard someone accuse her mother of being dumb. She firmly believed that her mother was not lacking in intelligence, but rather possessed a deep and complex emotional world. Despite her anger, Ruby managed to conceal it as she took her next shot. This time, her aim was flawless, and Ruby herself could sense the improvement.
According to Kana Arima's explanation, Gotanda's intention was to elicit authentic shots from Ruby, which is why he deliberately provoked her into repeatedly attempting the same shot. As a result, Ruby eventually succeeded in perfectly imitating Ai, while suppressing her own emotions. Even Akane was convinced that Ai was someone who concealed a great deal of anger. In light of this, Kana cautioned her fellow cast members to remain cautious around the director, as he may also manipulate them in order to achieve the best shots possible.
