Discover The Ultimate Secrets to Christina Hall's Vibrant Health: The Daily Ritual That Changed Everything

Discover Christina Hall's secrets to a healthy lifestyle as she shares her daily movement routine while raising three children Get exclusive insights into how she maintains balance and wellness in her busy life

In the newest issue of We, Christina Hall, a busy mom of three, shares her secrets to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and looking and feeling her best. "I prioritize healthy eating, organization, and indulging in good facials and skincare. I also make use of IVs to take care of my health because having energy is extremely important to me," the 40-year-old exclusively reveals.

Hall states that her secret tactic involves prioritizing daily physical activity, regardless of her busy schedule. This typically involves taking her dogs for a pleasant walk, engaging in a light 20-minute cardio exercise, or utilizing the Peloton. She mentions that in her twenties, she used to work out intensely as a means to cope with anxiety, but now she follows a more relaxed routine.

She tells Us that if she didn't run five miles, she would feel as if her head was about to explode. Furthermore, the act of running to such an extent caused her to feel sick. Although she no longer engages in extensive running, Hall, who leads her own HGTV shows, "Christina on the Coast" and "Christina in the Country," has no intentions of slowing down in the near future. She explains that she doesn't know how to be bored and thrives in chaotic and novel situations. Additionally, she enjoys challenging herself and constantly thinking about what she can accomplish next. Hall has ambitious goals for the next decade and intends to work relentlessly towards achieving them. Perhaps things may change when she reaches her 50s or 60s, but only time will tell.

While Hall's professional life has been smooth sailing, her personal life has had its fair share of ups and downs throughout the years. In April 2022, Christina secretly got married to her husband Joshua Hall, making it her third marriage. Prior to Joshua, she was married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018, with whom she shares a daughter named Taylor, 12, and a son named Brayden, 7. After her divorce from Tarek, she then married Ant Anstead in 2018, and together they welcomed their son Hudson, 2, before ultimately parting ways in 2020.

She splits custody with both El Moussa, 41, and Anstead, 44 — and admits to Us that coparenting can come with its challenges.

"It can be challenging," she confides, "yet as long as the children remain the top priority for all of us, that's the only thing that truly counts. Even amidst conflicts or someone's emotional distress, as long as the children are content and in good health, the rest is simply a matter of organization."

An invaluable lesson Christina has acquired, and one she imparts to her young ones, is to show herself compassion and refrain from comparing her life to the carefully curated online personas of others.

"No one's life is flawless. In this age of social media where everyone presents their highlight reels and uses filters, we are oblivious to the reality that lies behind closed doors," she clarifies. "I emphasize to my children that social media does not depict real life."

Christina, instead, prioritizes her life away from social media, which involves cherishing moments with her partner. Josh, who has embraced the role of a stepfather to her three children, recently organized an extraordinary French Riviera-inspired celebration in Newport Beach, California, to commemorate her 40th birthday at the beginning of this month.

The lovebirds are currently enjoying co-raising her children, dividing daily activities between them. However, the reality star confirms that they have no intentions of having more children in the near future. "No, that's not happening! We actually discussed this when we first met," she jokes. "We have hectic schedules and it wouldn't be fair. When we don't have the kids around, we cherish our alone time, which helps strengthen our relationship."
