To commence the Howard FNSM Request, players need to locate the homeless man, situated close to the waterfront on the district's western border. Upon meeting him, he will request assistance in relocating his group of seagulls. In return, players will be rewarded with 800 XP, 200 Tech Parts, and two Hero Tokens.

Upon finishing the Amends main story mission, players can unlock Where Have You Been. This exhilarating mission entails aiding in the evacuation of a blazing structure, with the player taking charge of both Peter and one of his Spider-Bots. Players will find the second Financial District Hunter Blind on a rooftop in the center of the district near an Unidentified Target drone.

The Financial District's final Hunter Blind is located in the southern part of the area between a Marko's Memory and the It Was an Accident Photo Op.

Financial District Spider-Bot #1

Once the three Hunter Blinds have been discovered, players can proceed to infiltrate the Hunter Base in the Financial District. This particular base is situated to the east of the district, near a bridge, and is concealed underground. Inside, the Hunters have cultivated various plant species, creating a unique environment. Successful completion of this mission will yield rewards of 1,500 XP, 350 Tech Parts, and five Rare Tech Parts.

The first Financial District Spider-Bot is based on Classic Mysterio and can be found floating in the sky above the center of the district.
