Chase Stokes has unveiled the key to his captivating radiance. In an interview published by Byrdie on Wednesday, July 5, the 30-year-old actor divulged his preferred beauty rituals and must-have products. When questioned about the contents of his bag, he shared, "I always have a moisturizer with me. Lately, I've been using Armani's moisturizer with some SPF."
Stokes continued to joke about his beloved Outer Banks character, John B., noting that even though his character is supposed to be 17 on TV, he himself is actually 30 years old. He emphasized the importance of looking youthful for the role. The One of Us Is Lying actor also shared details about John B.'s enviable hair, revealing that he swears by a product called Dirt. According to Stokes, it is his absolute favorite hair product and perhaps the secret to John B.'s iconic hairstyle.
Stokes has not only gained knowledge about proper haircare through his work on the Netflix series, but he has also learned the importance of staying hydrated and using SPF while filming in the sunny city of Charleston, South Carolina. Despite being frequently exposed to the sun due to the show's setting, Stokes takes precautions by applying SPF to avoid sunburn. Similarly, like John B, Stokes finds himself drawn to the beach.
The Maryland native, along with Lukas Gage, Jonathan Daviss, and Michael Evans Behling, are featured in Armani's latest sensational fragrance ad for Acqua di Gig.
Shot in the Bahamas in April, the campaign showcases the four actors, who are Armani Gen A ambassadors, playfully enjoying the beach, proudly displaying their well-defined abs. The black-and-white photoshoot captures the carefree and seductive essence of the new fragrance, a woody aromatic cologne infused with rosemary essence.
Stokes revealed to We earlier this month that he applies the fragrance to the upper part of his neck and jawline. He also mentioned that when he wears a jacket, he lightly sprays the inner layer.
Meanwhile, Behling, 27, shared that when he wants to add a playful touch, he sprays a little bit on his thighs.
Armani also suggests applying the scent on the wrist and inner elbow.
