One of the easiest guaranteed locations to find early in the game is near Wallace Station, accessible by train. To locate it, simply look west on the map for a small black dot, which indicates an old chimney in a completely destroyed home. On the northwestern corner of the building, outside its walls, Arthur will discover two Wintergreen Berry plants. Keep in mind that these plants are not bushes, so be attentive to the typical white dots floating above a plant location in Eagle Eye. Additionally, in this same location, you can find Red Dead Redemption 2's Double Bit Hatchet by checking a tree stump directly north of the chimney, just outside the 'wall.'

With this, Arthur will have collected all four berry types, and completed Herbalist Challenge 2.
