King Combs, Sean "Diddy" Combs' son, spoke out after Homeland Security detained him during a raid on his father's Los Angeles home.
In a Snapchat post on Friday, March 29, the 25-year-old rapper urged people to "stop with the cap," using slang for lying.
King's post came shortly after his detainment by law enforcement officers, although he did not provide any details on what it was about.
The news about Homeland Security raiding Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami broke on Monday, March 25. The raids were linked to an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation, as reported by the law enforcement agency.
Diddy, who is 54 years old, was not at home during the raids. However, reports mentioned that his sons King and Justin, who are 30 years old, were present. According to TMZ, both King and Justin were taken into custody by the police but were released after a few hours.
As of now, Diddy has not faced any charges or been arrested in relation to the investigation. His lawyer has also denied any involvement of the music mogul.

Diddy’s attorney Aaron Dyer expressed his concern about the excessive use of military-level force during the search warrants executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. He stated that there was no justification for the aggressive behavior shown by the authorities towards Diddy, his children, and employees.
After the raids, Diddy flew to Miami on a private plane. On Thursday, March 28, he was seen outside a Top Golf facility with his daughters Jessie and D’Lila, both 17 years old. Diddy is a father to King, Jessie, and D’Lila from his relationship with the late Kim Porter, Justin from Lisa Hylton, Chance from Sarah Chapman, and Love Sean from Dana Tran. He also adopted Quincy, Porter’s son from a previous relationship.
None of Diddy’s other children have publicly commented on the raids or the federal investigation. King, on the other hand, posted more pictures on his Instagram last Friday. He first shared a preview of his song “Flyest in The City” and then a throwback photo with his late mother, Porter, who passed away in November 2018.
Homeland Security has not provided additional information about Diddy's involvement in their investigation. However, Diddy has been in the news since late 2023. In November of that year, his ex-girlfriend Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura) accused him of sexual assault and ongoing physical abuse over a decade. Diddy refuted the allegations but ultimately settled the case the following day.
Cassie’s claims encouraged others to share similar stories, including music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. In a lawsuit filed in February, Jones accused Diddy of sexual harassment and boasting about hiring sex workers. Diddy denied the allegations through his lawyer. Justin was also mentioned in the lawsuit but has not responded to the accusations.
