Diablo 4 PC Demo Available for Free This Weekend, Excludes Steam

Diablo IV will offer a PC free trial exclusively on the Battle.Net launcher, not through Steam. From October 26-30, players can enjoy all Diablo IV content and reach level 20 with their characters. The trial also enables cross-play with other platforms. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to buy the game at a 25% discount to celebrate Halloween, and any progress made during the trial will carry over if the game is purchased.

From October 19-22, gamers were treated to a free trial of Diablo IV on Xbox. This highly anticipated game is currently in its second season known as Season of Blood, which coincided with its recent release on Steam earlier this month. Despite Microsoft's ownership of Activision Blizzard, the company has confirmed that Diablo IV will not be available on Game Pass this year. However, there are plans to add Activision Blizzard titles to the service starting in 2024, leaving the possibility open for Diablo IV's inclusion, but only time will reveal the truth.
