Dakota Fanning and Elle Fanning, both renowned actresses, prioritize their sibling bond above all else, evident in their unwavering support for each other on the red carpet.
"We always support each other wholeheartedly. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have a family member who is also part of the industry. She truly understands the challenges and experiences we go through," Elle shared exclusively with We in September 2018. "Naturally, we discuss our movies and ask about each other's upcoming projects, which is exciting, but we also have other interesting topics to discuss."
She emphasized that her older sibling has the best understanding of her personality. "If my sister were to describe me, she would probably say that I'm someone who has a carefree and free-spirited nature," she shared with Us. "When I was a child, I would dance and run around the grocery store aisles, completely carefree. ... I feed off the energy around me."
Dakota began her acting career in 1999 at the age of 5, almost two years before Elle joined her in the entertainment industry. (Elle made her acting debut in 2001's I Am Sam, portraying a younger version of Dakota.)

"We provide great support for one another. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have a family member who is also involved in the same industry. She comprehends the challenges and experiences that come along with it," Elle exclusively disclosed to We in September 2018. "Naturally, we discuss our movies and upcoming projects, which is thrilling. However, we also engage in conversations about various other topics."
