The Scotts have returned in style as they make their entrance "At the Party."

In a recent song release on Friday, November 3, Kid Cudi and Travis Scott, collectively known as the dynamic hip-hop duo The Scotts, joined forces with Pharrell Williams, a music producer, rapper, and Louis Vuitton men's creative director, to create a lively club anthem for the mid-autumn season. Titled "At the Party," this track showcases the fashionable personas of the hip-hop trio as they exude confidence and deliver fashion-inspired lines throughout the song.

"Bleeding into the scene, I can achieve / Fulfilling my dreams, charging ahead on the Humboldt, always reminiscing about Virgil / I always faced rejection," raps Cudi, 39, in reference to the late Virgil Abloh. The fashion mogul, who established Off-White and oversaw Louis Vuitton's menswear line, sadly passed away in 2021 after privately battling cardiac angiosarcoma, a type of cancer.

When Scott, 32, stepped up to the verse, he mentioned another legendary designer. "I was just at the event / Had this s–t rocking, Vivienne Westwood with the button accents / I spared no expense / With P and Cudi, the money flowed in abundance," raps the father of Kylie Jenner's children, before acknowledging the fashion brand Comme des Garçons. "It's all fake, even the love / That's why the rage lives on forever / Burning hot in a Comme des Garçons sweater, baby, cool me down / She's gonna get a taste, yeah, you feel me?"

Both Scott and Cudi make mention of "four letters" in their verses. While Genius speculates that this could be a nod to the acronym GOAT, which stands for "Greatest of All Time," the trendy vibe of the song could also imply that those four letters refer to LVMH, the multinational conglomerate that owns Louis Vuitton, Moët & Chandon champagne, and Hennessy cognac.

LVMH has also appointed Williams, aged 50, as the head of their menswear division. According to Williams, being given this role has been an overwhelming experience. In an interview with Business of Fashion in October, he expressed gratitude for being recognized in such a way. He also acknowledged that he had always possessed the necessary qualities for the position, although he hadn't considered it before.

Williams is now following in the footsteps of Abloh, a challenging task. Abloh made history as the first Black American to be appointed as creative director of menswear for Louis Vuitton in their 150-year history. Williams emphasized that he is not trying to replace his brother but instead respects his individual achievements and unique journey.

Instead, he intends to carve his own path with Louis Vuitton by narrating stories of Black men and women experiencing "financial independence, education, equitable access to healthcare, and equal representation."

While Williams' previous album was Girl in 2014, he hasn't completely abandoned music. In 2022, he made appearances on a few tracks, including "Cash in Cash Out" with 21 Savage and Tyler, the Creator. On the other hand, Cudi has been actively working, releasing the Entergalactic project in 2022. His ninth studio album, Insano, is scheduled to be released in January 2024.

Scott has been diligently working on his music career, first with the successful release of his acclaimed Utopia album in July. Following this, he embarked on the Circus Maximus tour in mid-October. Additionally, Scott collaborated with Cudi (born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi) on the hit single "The Scotts", which soared to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2020. Although there have been rumors of a potential album from The Scotts, no official announcement or release has been made yet.
