For those who own Chilwell, it is worth considering Newcastle defenders. If you have some extra funds, Trippier is the optimal choice. However, if you want to save some FPL currency, Sven Botman is a viable alternative, although it is important to monitor his fitness as he is currently flagged in the game. Another option is Matty Cash, who offers great value in a Villa team with favorable fixtures all the way through GW12.

Are you holding or selling Saka? If selling, who are the best replacements?

Tough decision ahead of me as I await updates from Arteta regarding the fitness of the Englishman. I will delay my final decision until the FPL deadline. Even if he is deemed fit, manager Mikel Arteta might be cautious and opt to exclude him from the match against Bournemouth, not wanting to take any risks. This is particularly crucial considering the upcoming challenging fixtures against Man City and Chelsea in GWs eight and nine, as well as the Champions League games taking place in Lens and Seville.

If you're considering selling, there are plenty of alternatives available. In case you have the funds to upgrade, Mo Salah and Heung-Min Son are excellent choices with favorable upcoming matches. However, it's important to note that Salah is considerably more expensive. On the other hand, if you're looking to save some money, West Ham is worth considering. So far this season, only Haaland and Son have scored more goals than Jared Bowen. It's worth noting that he is currently owned by only 5.4 percent of FPL managers.

Kieran Trippier is a popular player in the Fantasy Premier League. It is worth noting that Newcastle has only managed to keep two clean sheets in their last 22 Premier League games. However, their upcoming fixtures suggest that this statistic may not be relevant going forward. Trippier's performance in the previous season was exceptional, as he created the most chances (110) compared to any other defender. His creativity stats this year have also been impressive. In the recent match against Sheffield United, Trippier provided three assists, making him a great choice if you have the budget. Nevertheless, it is worth considering doubling up on Newcastle's defense, given the value of players like Sven Botman and Dan Burn. If the Dutchman is fit, he is the ideal choice for those looking to save some money.

For those that haven't wildcarded yet, when would be the best time?

When it comes to deciding when to play the Wildcard, it's crucial to consider what is best for your team. In the upcoming weeks, many FPL managers will be contemplating playing it due to a favorable fixture swing for certain clubs that have valuable FPL assets, such as West Ham, Aston Villa, and Liverpool. If Mo Salah continues to display the same level of consistency we've witnessed so far this season against Spurs in the upcoming match, he may become the catalyst for numerous FPL managers activating their Wildcards over the next few weeks.
