The long-awaited zombie MMO game, The Day Before, has once again experienced a last-minute delay, causing the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions to be postponed indefinitely. Initially, The Day Before garnered significant excitement upon its announcement, being described as an MMO version of a game like The Last of Us. Unfortunately, the development of The Day Before has been plagued with numerous setbacks, including multiple delays and complications surrounding a peculiar trademark issue.
According to the developers, a dispute concerning The Day Before trademark arose, impeding the game's timely release. Despite setting a new release date for November 10, doubts persisted regarding the game's ability to meet this deadline. Although the trademark issues surrounding The Day Before have supposedly been resolved, the release date has now been pushed back to December 7.
Developer Fntastic has officially announced on Twitter that The Day Before's delisted Steam page has been reinstated. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the game will be available for Early Access starting at 10am PT on December 7, instead of the anticipated full release.
