Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel are unbothered by the criticism they receive about their lives.
A TikTok video posted on Friday, March 29, featured Abby, Brittany, and Abby's husband, Josh Bowling, with a message directed towards their haters. "If you don't like what I do but still watch everything I'm doing, you're still a fan," a deep voice stated in the video.
The twins shared a post with the caption " #Forever."
Earlier, Abby and Brittany posted a reel featuring ancient sculptures of conjoined twins. They added, "The internet is really buzzing today. We've always been here."
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Abby had secretly married Bowling two years prior in 2021. This news led to social media trolls flooding the internet with speculative questions about the nature of Abby’s marriage, especially considering that she and her sister share organs.
Abby and Brittany’s story has been captivating audiences on TV since 1996. Nearly 10 years later in 2006, they shared their incredible journey in the documentary "Joined for Life" and later celebrated their 16th birthday milestone in 2008. In 2012, TLC greenlit a docuseries titled "Abby & Brittany" to further showcase their unique lives.
Abby and Brittany are dicephalous conjoined twins, a rare form of partial twinning where two heads are connected to one torso. They share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist, with each twin controlling one arm and leg. Abby is the left-side conjoined twin, while Brittany is on the right.

When the twins were born in 1990, their parents decided not to have a separation surgery because doctors said it was unlikely that both sisters would survive the procedure.
Abby and Brittany grew up together and decided to become elementary school teachers. Their mom, Patti Hensel, mentioned during an episode of their reality show that the girls initially wanted to be a pilot and a dentist, but that changed. She believes they will do well in their chosen career because they have always been good with kids and children have always been drawn to them.
Patti mentioned that initially, curiosity may have sparked the interest in Abby and Brittany, but even after getting their questions answered, people are still inexplicably drawn to them.
Abby and Brittany reside in Minnesota and it was there that Abby crossed paths with military veteran Bowling. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in November 2021, with footage of the event resurfacing just recently.
