Congressional leaders have reached a deal on a two-part short-term funding bill to extend government funding into March, according to a source familiar with the situation who spoke to CNN.
The new continuing resolution will provide funding for the government until March 1 and March 8, respectively. This agreement comes just before the initial funding deadline of January 19, with the second deadline being February 2.
House Republicans will have a conference call Sunday night to discuss the continuing resolution, the source told CNN.
