Cillian Murphy set to reprise role in 'Peaky Blinders' movie, confirmed by creator
After his recent Oscars triumph for best actor, Cillian Murphy remains loyal to his roots in the upcoming 'Peaky Blinders' movie.
After winning the Oscar for best actor, Cillian Murphy is staying true to his roots. The creator of "Peaky Blinders," Steven Knight, revealed to Birmingham World that Murphy will be returning to play gang leader Tommy Shelby in the upcoming movie adaptation of the popular crime drama.
"He is definitely coming back for it," Knight said to the publication. "We are filming it in September right here in Digbeth."
