Barbie star Scott Evans reveals his brother, MCU star Chris Evans, had an incredibly heartwarming response upon learning of his casting in the Greta Gerwig film. The movie, inspired by the popular Mattel toy line, stars Margot Robbie as Barbie, who embarks on a adventure from Barbie Land to the Real World with Ken (played by Ryan Gosling). "Losing it" doesn't quite capture the magnitude of my reaction! Discovering that I had achieved it was a surreal moment of realization, followed by an immediate need to take action. Without hesitation, I reached out to my loved ones, starting with a FaceTime call to my boyfriend, followed by another to my mother.

When I dialed Chris for the third time, I couldn't contain my excitement and blurted out, "Guess what!" His reaction surpassed anyone else's, as he was ecstatic beyond measure. He simply couldn't wrap his head around the incredible news.

Before the first Barbie trailer premiered, there was already excitement surrounding the casting announcements for the film, as it was revealed that multiple variations of the beloved dolls would be featured. One casting choice that generated significant online buzz was Emma Mackey, who bears a striking resemblance to Robbie. Eventually, it was confirmed that Mackey, along with Hari Nef, Nicola Coughlan, Rita Arya, Kate McKinnon, Dua Lipa, and Issa Rae, would all be portraying different versions of Barbie.
