In her post, she shared a photo of herself with her three sons and opened up about her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS). Dion revealed that she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder in the fall of 2022. In the post, there was a special photo of Dion with her three sons - René-Charles Angélil, 23, and twins Nelson and Eddy, 13. These children are from her marriage to her late husband René Angélil, who passed away in 2016.

In December 2022, Dion revealed that she had to postpone some of her upcoming shows due to health issues. In an emotional video, she shared, "I've always been honest with you all, and now I feel ready to talk about it. I've been struggling with my health for a while, and it's been tough for me to open up about all the challenges I've been facing."
