Celebrities Respond to Federal Raids on Diddy's Homes in Los Angeles and Miami

Cassie, 50 Cent, and other celebrities have shared their thoughts after federal agents conducted raids on Sean "Diddy" Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York carried out the law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with support from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners. They have stated that more information will be provided as it becomes available.

At that time, many news sources said that the investigation was related to a federal sex trafficking case. Diddy's representatives were not able to comment right away.

In the last year, Diddy has been accused of sexual assault by several people, but he has strongly denied these claims. After the raid, many celebrities such as 50 Cent, Aubrey O'Day, and Diddy's ex-girlfriend Cassie shared their reactions on social media.

Cassie, also known as Cassie Ventura, was in a relationship with Diddy from 2007 to 2018. After news of the raid came out, she shared a statement.

In the statement given to Us on March 25, Cassie's representative mentioned, "We fully support law enforcement in their efforts to bring justice to those who have broken the law. It is our hope that this is just the start of a process that will hold Mr. Combs accountable for his inappropriate behavior."

In November 2023, Cassie accused Diddy of rape and repeated sexual abuse in a lawsuit. Shortly after filing, the exes settled. However, after Cassie spoke out, multiple alleged victims came forward accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct. Diddy vehemently denied the allegations.

It is not clear if Cassie’s allegations are connected to the current investigation.

Aubrey O’Day

Aubrey O’Day collaborated with Diddy for most of her career. She was the lead singer of the girl group Danity Kane, which was created on Diddy's reality show Making the Band 3. When Cassie spoke up, O’Day also criticized Diddy and stood by Cassie.

In her Instagram Story on March 25, O'Day posted a screenshot of the news story and wrote, "What goes around, comes around. I hope this encourages all victims to speak up about their experiences."

O’Day also posted a gif of the late rapper Tupac Shakur in a subsequent story and captioned the snap, “There’s no ‘too soon’ on this one just ‘too late.’”’

50 Cent

50 Cent and Diddy have crossed paths in the music industry for years. Despite their history, they haven't been getting along recently. After allegations surfaced against Diddy, 50 Cent revealed plans for a documentary on the matter. He also pledged to donate the profits to help sexual assault and rape victims.
